I know what it's like to be successful on paper and failing where it counts.
I had the career, the achievements, the life that looked good from the outside. But my relationship was hanging by a thread. My partner felt me pulling away. I was going through the motions, performing the role of "good partner" while disconnected from myself.
I didn't trust myself with the big decisions. I had no clarity on what I actually wanted. I lacked real accountability. Just me, alone, trying to figure it all out.
Then I stopped trying to do it alone. I found mentors who taught me how to lead from truth instead of performance. How to be trustworthy instead of just successful.
This changed everything—my relationship, my sense of purpose, my ability to be present.
